Hello and welcome to my blog. I wanted to take a little time and tell you what this blog is all about. I hope to make contributions a couple of times a week on topics related to general heath and wellness and, of course, weight loss. I’m always on the look out for new things that look interesting and I hope to share those with you here.
I’ve been “pleasantly plump” my whole life and am in a constant battle against the bulge. I love to cook and eat what I cook, but I’m not really a fanatic about exercise. (That’s probably part of my problem- Ha!) I’m mainly just a walker and I only want to do enough to keep my jeans fitting. Living in Kansas, this winter and walking haven’t really gone together all that well. We’ve had snow on the ground since Christmas. I hate to jinx things, but it looks as if we’ve finally taken a turn for spring with the coming of March, so I’m on a renewed commitment to get back into walking!
This winter I’ve also been on a quest to learn how to cook better – less bad fats and more nutritional value in quality ingredients. I hope to also share some of these recipes with you from time to time as well.
I also would like to share information on the BeeLean supplements and their ingredients. I think these are some of the best products on the market and I have to say that I’m really excited to be a part of the company.
